Placefirst begins construction of new Build-to-Rent homes in Newcastle
Construction work has started at Benwell Dene. The development will provide 146 much needed new homes, transforming a brownfield site into a vibrant new neighborhood. IC Planning worked on behalf of Placefirst to secure full planning permission in July 2023.
Planning approval for new staff accommodation in Glenridding
IC Planning has secured approval for new staff accommodation for The Ullswater Inn in Glenridding, on behalf of the Inn Collection Group. The approval will help ICG recruit and retain staff, in turn supporting the local economy.
Construction work begins on new housing in Salford
After IC Planning gained full planning permission in March 2024, construction is set to begin on a Council-led housing site in Ordsall, Salford. The site will deliver 274 homes, 40% of which will be affordable.
